Hello, I'm CHARLIE. I talk about hands Forward swings and flip swings. I will explain what makes them different. CHAGOL TV begins. Can you hit the ball hands Forward? Do you flip and hit the ball? If you release at the end while your body is Torque, it will be a hands Forward swing. It is a swing that flips if released at the beginning of the Torque. This is the only difference between them. Those who are not hands Forward will release sooner. Some would say so. But if you break it down and think about it, it makes more sense. There is a limit of Torque where the body cannot turn any more when going from the top to the end.

Release when the Torque of the body is nearing its end. It becomes hands Forward and the ball flies and does not bend. Release when your body starts to turn or when you are facing forward. The flipped ball becomes a shot that does not fly. Approaches, bunkers and lob shots are released before the body opens. This is also a necessary movement to swing the golf club firmly and keep the ball from flying. This is not to say that flipping moves are bad for everything. The same can be said for baseball pitching. It is said that the release point is in front of you if you release at the end of your body Torque. This is called hands Forward in golf. This is said to have good ball speed and good control. This does not speed up if you release it at the beginning of turning your body. This is said to be bad pitching with bad control. I talk about things in depth. What is a release in the first place? This is the Pronation of the wrist or right arm. When this movement occurs, it is called release.

This is the same with the pitching I talked about earlier. The same is true for the golf swing. At what timing does this release the wrist and Pronation the right arm? In golf, you hold the golf club with both hands. The left arm is dorsiflexed and Extension accompanying the movement of the right hand. This is called release. And we're going to go deeper into that. The release should occur at the end of the body Torque. That means you shouldn't use your wrist or Pronation until the release point. This is how to bring the club head to the release point just by Torque the body. This is what matters most. Why can't many amateurs do hands Forward? The biggest factor in this is not being able to bring the golf club to the required release point.

When I do that, I get tired around here and release and hit the ball. Here is the answer. I will summarize the story so far. hands Forward or not hands Forward? Does it release at the end of body Torque? Or do you release in the middle of your body Torque? This is the difference between a flip and a hands Forward swing. I will explain the release. This is Pronation with the wrist and right arm above the elbow. The moment you do this movement is called release. How can you wait until the end of your body Torque to release? This is important. How can the release point be delayed until the end of the body Torque? I will explain the practice method. Get the ball out first.

This makes sense. Hold the golf club and bring the golf club to the top from here. Any grip is fine at this point. For example, it can be open at the Armpit, flat, or crossed. Honestly, anything is fine. Pull the golf club to a comfortable position. The shape of the wrist and the flexion and extension of the right elbow. And one more. up-and-down movement of the hand. Do not do any of these three movements. Bring your club head to the ball, touching the ground. Please bring the club head to the position of the ball only by Torque the body and footwork. Bring the golf club to the top position where you can easily swing it.

Do not use wrist, right elbow and hand up and down movements from here. Bring your club head to the ball position only by Torque your body. This doesn't use hands at all instinctively. This can be seen by firmly bringing the club head to the position of the ball. This is very painful. This is called basic stretching. Conversely, if you put your hands down or untie your wrists, your body will not stretch at all. It's so easy. If your body is comfortable when addressing. It's comfortable because your hands are down, your wrists are open, and your body isn't stretched. Armpits, thighs, calves, healthy bones and Bone Socket. If you use various parts of your body flexibly, this club head will come to the position of the ball. First of all, please know the pain of impact with this basic stretch. Release immediately after the ball hits the club head. This is a swing with a delayed release at the end of the body Torque. This will be more sunken than the address.

I can't even put my butt out in front of me. I say a caveat of this. This is not very good if the head moves when you bring the club head. It's okay if the head is slightly to the right. Do this stretch first. Do this when you actually hit the ball. Bring the club head from the top to the ball position only by Torque the body. And then hit the ball as a release. You can see the feeling of bringing the club head to the position of the ball with only the body that everyone is not able to do.

This is what you want to pay attention to when practicing basic stretching. Bring your club head firmly to the ball position. For example, there is no point in bringing the club head into the air by Torque the body from here. This is less painful and is different from the physical feeling when you actually hit the ball. This is good if the club head comes to the position of the ball.

If you try to swing the golf club strangely, it is easy to swing the part that is not the ball. I want to remember the pain of putting the ball on the ground with an iron and having the club head firmly in that position. Try to stop your club head on the ball rather than in the air. This is the same with drivers. Stretch so that the club head of the driver comes to the position of the ball only by Torque your body. And one more. This will always open the face more than when you hold the golf club. This is one of the reasons for the early release.

Now hold onto the hook clip at Thumb down, Flexion or at address. This is one of the disadvantages of delaying the release point. You have to deal with the fact that the face is opening. Check the shape of the impact with basic stretching. This gives you a feel for your body. hands Forward is not a Force where the hand is in front or not when shooting from the front. This is circular motion. Where does this release while the body is Torque? This is just the problem. Please watch this video again and again. I have been talking about something very important from the beginning of the video. Practice and develop a hands Forward swing with a delayed release point. Thank you everyone for watching the video until the end. I hold private lessons taught directly by me. It's hard to get a reservation for this. I can only talk big to tens of thousands of people in a video. If everyone comes to my private lessons, I can tell them how to practice. I can tell the person's problems and practice methods correctly. This is a big effect even if you come only once.

If you plan to play golf for many years to come, one lesson from me is worth it. People who have just started playing golf and those who have not started yet. I can give the best advice to such people and women. Please contact us from the summary column..
