(club striking ball) – Hello, my name is Patrick and I'm a curated golf expert
and I've helped hundreds of people get in the right gear. Today I'm gonna be reviewing
the Monroe Surge set. First off, I have no brand bias whatsoever and I'm not sponsored by any brands. So this is a complete honest
review of these golf clubs. So the looks of these
clubs is, is very unique. You don't really see it
on the market that much. The teal and the black
is very clean looking. It's very neutral color, but it kind of has a lot of pop to it. My favorite thing might be the irons. When looking at them, they have a bit of a thinner
top line and you don't see that in a lot of beginner clubs. The cavity back design is kind of hidden, which is really, really nice. Cause I know a lot of beginners,
everybody wants to play you know, blades and very thin top lines. These kind of give people that option to play something that looks good, but performs like a very
beginner oriented club.

So all in all, the looks of this club are very unique and is very appealing to people who may like the
more trim looking clubs. The only people that would
possibly shy away from this golf set are gonna be
people that are shooting 85 or lower, people trying to work the ball, people that may be playing a
long time trying to you know, get down to that 10 handicap level, but anyone 85 and up it's
gonna be absolutely ideal for. If you're trying to work the ball and do a lot of fun stuff
with, it's not ideal for you.

If you're swinging you
know, 110 driver speed or one O five driver
speed, not ideal for you. But just about anybody else under that, it's a very great option. The sound of this clubs, they
were very crisp, very clean. They didn't sound cheap whatsoever. Great feedback on them as well. It's really gonna teach
beginners how to feel the ball in the face and where their misses are, which is great for self diagnosing and improving your golf game. So the feel at impact is incredibly solid. Like I said, it's something
that you're gonna get from a more, like a very
higher end set of irons. The weight of them is, is fantastic and that's really going
to appeal from anybody from 85 to one O five, where
I think a lot of beginner sets maybe are more for like 90 to the hundred.

The weight of this set allows it to target a broader range of golfers,
which is absolutely great. So very solid, very heavy. It's not gonna be great for
somebody that maybe wants like a 105, 110 gram iron shaft, but that's, this set isn't
for those people anyways. But this is really gonna
teach people how to get through the ball, the weight of it is just absolutely fantastic. The driver isn't adjustable
and that isn't a problem. Cause beginners, golf gets
complicated really quick when you start off the game. So you don't really wanna
be worrying about you know, oh should I loft it up, loft it down, toe weight, heel weight.

These are all things that
are gonna come in time. For beginners you need to be
focused on hitting the ball in the center of the
face as much as possible and this allows you to do that. It is very simple, but
it executes very well. So I feel like the only
drawback to these clubs would be that there seems to be a
pretty big weight difference between the irons and the woods. From the steel shafts
to the graphite shafts. So the woods feel significantly lighter. Not a little bit lighter than the irons, but it may not necessarily be a bad thing for beginner golfers and with the woods you wanna
learn how to swing fast.

Swing speed is, is key
to being a good golfer. So it's gonna teach you to swing fast and then over time you'll
be able to reel it back in. So yeah, it might feel a
little bit light at first, but just trust that in the long run this is going to only help
you become a better golfer. I would recommend this golf set to anybody that's shooting 85 and higher, just getting into the game. I really do think and I've
tested and demoed a lot of clubs. If you're getting into the game this is the ideal set for you. Between the weight of the clubs, it is going to be forgiving. It's gonna help you get
into the game of golf and it's also going to
teach you the things you need to become a very good golfer.

So the players that need
to avoid this golf set are gonna be people
that are low handicaps, like to flight the ball,
work the ball a whole lot. Anybody that's shooting
under 85 consistently, it's probably not the ideal set for you. What I would suggest to those people is click the link in the description. Get hooked up with a curated expert and we'll fit you for the clubs that are gonna be
absolutely perfect for you.

I am incredibly grateful
that I got to try this set and I get to share it with everyone. Everything from the
stitching on the head covers is absolutely top notch. The, the bag is beautiful. You got the, the backpack straps for ease of use and carrying. The weight of the irons
is absolutely phenomenal. Um, I can't recommend
this set highly enough to anybody getting into
the game or is trying to get out of their old antique clubs or their goodwill clubs kind of thing.

Everything about this set
is absolutely fantastic and I can't wait for
everyone to try them out. (soft music playing).
