Karsten and Louise were very adamant
about supporting the women's market because they saw that there was so much
of a need there that these women were exceptional athletes and they needed to
be showcased. He thought the women had much more game than what was given credit to and he wanted it to show. We've always been interested in fitting golf clubs for the individuals and women are no different. So we've really gone through done a lot of testing with ladies and see what type of results they
get. We try to design equipment that is made specifically for the golfer whether
there are competitive golfer playing at the elite levels or if it's a
beginner or a country club golfer we have product that would be able to fit
their needs and maximize their ability to enjoy the game.

So, with the GLe 2
product there's a number of different areas that we focus on we want to see
how do we just deliver more performance through higher ball speed, higher
trajectory but really also looking into the subtleties of how do we develop
better fitting options through adjustability, through the offerings
within our line that ultimately when a player goes and goes through their
fitting they're gonna see not only greater distance, greater accuracy but
also better fitting opportunities that align with their game in the style of
game that they play. One of the big stories within GLe 2 is the lighter weight total system weight so we have reduced the weight of the entire club as
well as the overall swing weight to help players not only swing the club faster
but also have more feel during the entire swing.

We also develop new face
materials so in the fairway wood brought in our C300 maraging face plate that's
delivering greater ball speed so we've focused on the face material
story throughout the entire product that not only gets greater deflection in ball
speed but then focusing on the total system weight of the design that is just
easier, less effort goes in but also the same greater distance out of the product. Within our women's brand really focusing we see
the respect within the industry and where we've focused for a number of years and
the way that we've developed the Solheim Cup and and just our legacy of
supporting the ladies brand. Really what we want to focus in on the clubhead
side is how do we have exclusive product that really delivers greater performance
and is really helping that golfer play their best in the same manner that
we do across all the product lines. The thing that satisfied my dad more
than anything was when he was told "Thank you for helping me play better", and that
just told him he was succeeding at what he wanted to do which was to to build
the best golf clubs there are.
