hi guys my name is gavin
and welcome to the channel   and today i will be showing you what's in my bag so guys today i'm in a lot of pain so i'm
not sure when the next golfing video will be   so i thought what shall i do i'll
show you what's in my golf bag   all right guys so basically um i've bought
a full set of clubs with an old retro green   dunlop golf bag which i've put in the shed for
now and it included all the irons and the woods   but i've had to swap some out because i just
couldn't quite get on with them the original   woods were just small way too small for me they
weren't oversized um i'm pretty sure the clubs   are maybe 10 year olds or so i'm not sure i can't
quite find an age and let's just go through them then so basically it came with
um all the irons but i found   that up to a six iron after that five and
a four iron i just couldn't hit any further   than the six iron so i've actually swapped those
out for some wood irons also known as hybrids   and i found that i do get more distance now um
the putter i've swapped and also the woods like i said   um i've added these all separately over a
period of months and there's nothing new   everything else came off ebay and other secondhand
sites and um also a retriever which for me   gets used regularly bag off ebay the
only thing new here is the umbrella   or maybe some golf balls but a lot of
them are found and also with the bag also the bag came with a pocket full of these
maybe 20 30 or so dunlop sport tour soft good color and i actually find i hit these
better than any other golf ball i've got so dunlop irons sand wedge to a 6 iron now the   dmt mass transfer i think they're may be 10
years old or so i can't actually find a date   um but on the budget you get what you
can and on a good day i hit i'm okay so   there you go i added a 60 degree wedge because
everyone's on wedges these days when i first   played it wasn't wet you just sandwiched two
three four iron whatever you got in the bag   but it's all different these days 60 is maybe
a bit too much loft but it comes in handy   if you've got a short shot over a bunker
really does not that i ever get them right um so the five iron i swapped with the wood iron hybrid and of course it's a dunlop tour tp12 i'm
not sure how old but it's in good condition   and that is with a regular flex graphite shaft
and i do seem to do a lot better with these maybe   it's down to my slow golf swing i'm not sure and
then the four iron i swapped out with this four   hybrid um as i say everything is still dunlop  i don't know why i just thought i'd keep   everything the same make plus it's cheap as
well so it's a dunlop tour red 4 hybrid with a regular flex and i hit that okay but not very often right as i say the woods the original
woods that came with the irons   they were just small heads on them way
too small for me so i swapped them out and   i've got a five wood which i haven't really used
um 18 degree and that is with the regular flex which seems to be suited for me because like i say
i can't i can't get a lot of speed to my swing so   i was told that regular flex will be
suitable for me but whether that's right   or not i don't know you let me know in the
comments um three wood tour red 15 degree   as i say that these are all second hand but
great condition and that's a regular flex as well   um it took me a few months to get all these like
one at a time just to add to the bag and make it   more suitable for me right and then we get to
the driver it's a strange old driver this one again off ebay and it's a dunlop cube 10.5 degree it's a bit weird weird shape
makes a strange noise when you eat it   and that is a regular flex
but i actually really like it is probably my favourite club on a good day
which isn't very often but i really like that all in all i haven't really spent
a lot i'd say the only thing new   is the umbrella and a few golf balls but i
got these with it anyway which i hit better than any other golf ball which is strange who knows maybe they were made for the clubs and
by the way i'm not sponsored by dunlop or anything   it's just i bought some cheap clubs and
thought i'd just keep to the same make plus   price wise it's all i could afford on a
budget second hand and then i wasn't too   bad with the original putter that came
with it um but i decided to change it for the old mallet head and
this is a dunlop mx2 stainless there you go quite a bit of weight to it i mainly
got it because of the color and it matched the bag   stupid i know but the price was cheap as well so like i say come off gumtree ebay and that's it really so
we started with these at the end of last year when   we first started going golfing again after a long
time off and we sort of got into it and thought   this year we got a membership so we got a playmoregolf  membership which is convenient for me because   it's a monthly payment thing and um
basically after a few rounds notice with   the irons especially that they do twist quite
a lot in my hands when i'm hitting the ball   i mean it could be down to the arthritis i
can't grip anything tightly as much as i could   but then i noticed that the grips on these
aren't that great really smooth you can't get   much of a grip on them in fact um this one's
all cracking as well so what i've decided is to get them re-gripped um obviously i can't
afford to get that done professionally   so um i'm going to try and do it
myself so basically i found on amazon   a full set of arthritic grips they're
supposed to be slightly larger  these were about 30 pounds for the
full set which i didn't think was too bad just have a look at them i mean the feel of them definitely better
grip on those i'm not sure if there's any   oh there's um i'm not sure if you can see it but
there is a couple of lines there to line it up they do say they're jumbo but i'm
not sure if they're any bigger than these yeah so they are they are slightly thicker than
the original ones which have had it basically so yeah i think what i'll do is um check out
some videos and i'll have a go at putting these on   myself which will be fun might take
me a long time but i'll give it a go   so thank you very much for watching
feel free to leave a comment   um if you're in the same sort of situation that
i am then let me know how you get through it   and hopefully i'll see you shortly in
another video where i'm actually able to play   so if if you feel free to like and subscribe
then please do so and it will be much appreciated
