Hi, I'm Coach Shayain. I am a beginner golf expert with
lots of videos on my YouTube channel. But today I'm going to tell you
three of my favorite things that I do before I hit my ball on the first hole. First tee jitters is a real
thing and we're all human. So we all go through them. Here are my
three tips to help with those jitters. Number one, you don't have to hit the
driver off the tee box. There's no rule in golf that
says you have to hit a driver. So I would recommend if you're new to
golf and haven't learned how to hit the driver, you should hit your three-word
your hybrids. If you have any, you know what? You can even
start with a seven iron. There is nothing or nobody out
there that can tell you otherwise, because it's your game.

So if you're not confident with the
driver play with any club that you have, the confidence, dude, that'll help you
with the jitters. That's tip number one, tip number two, you have to
take deep breaths breathing in, breathing out that has been known to
relieve the nerves in your shoulders and tense up like this. So constantly breathing
that's tip number two, tip number three. And my favorite tip. And most of the times I'm doing
this on most tee boxes is that I sing or hum attune. Most of the times it is a song that
just automatically magically comes to my head. So for right now it's so
something like feeling good, like a shirt in my head right now, before I grabbed my club and I'm
swinging before I hit my ball, I'm actually singing, feeling good Laka.

[Inaudible]. Just kidding. But that is what I would do. So I'm humming and singing in my head.
Any tune that comes to mind sometimes, even out loud to myself, what that does is it
clears my mind and nothing. I'm thinking nothing. I'm just
thinking, grip it and rip it Cheyenne. So those are my three tips for you
when you're on the first tee box and feeling nervous and have the
jitters breathing, grab the club. You're the most confident with and
sing, whatever song is in your head. I hope that helped..
