Welcome to Topgolf. I'm here with last year's UK Tour winners, Brad and Matt. They're gonna talk us through some of their shots from the Tour that worked for them and just a little bit about one of the
why they love Topgolf. Matt we'll start with you when you're approaching your shots
at Topgolf, how do you set up differently to when you're playing on the golf course? I think very similar with regards to my routine I think that's something that we both found that we stick to our routine like here as opposed to out on the course, it seemed to work the same, there's a flag out there that's in the middle of a target same as you'd aim for a flag on a green. So if you were going to to approach that brown target now, what kind of shot would you go for? Talk us through your set up.
For myself it's in between a gap wedge and a pitching wedge and you're
probably more in the range of 50 degree and…hard 50 or a smooth wedge, yeah. If you were to go for say, the blue target does that affect your club selection bearing in mind you've got some targets before that? Pick
a yardage flag to carry I think that's one thing at most amateurs seem to get wrong, they always think they can hit it further than they actually do. When the ball rolls out, yeah you might hit that yardage but with the targets as they are you can't run the ball into the target. The closer you get to the target here, to the centre the more points you get so if we can get it carrying it right into the middle, we're going to be getting the most points we can..
