If you hear somebody say that you've 
hit the ball FAT. They're definitely   not talking about your waist size. They're 
talking about you hitting the ground first   and then eventually catching the ball so that's 
hitting it FAT. I hit the ground and then I hit   the ball and your ball goes bloop, bloop, 
bloop or it doesn't give you the distance   that you need. You also hear them say hitting it 
HEAVY or Chunking the shot or Duffing the shot..
