Most both beginners uh struggle with it with the turn turn away from the golf ball. I think to many of them, you're gonna see you're gonna stay on your left side and then fall back through impact this way so, ideally in the Golf Swing you would wanna see the left shoulder turn behind the golf ball put pressure into your right foot so that you can drive with your left foot and actually releasing. I think that's so under rated in the Golf Swing. Learning to get away from the golf ball so many great teachers, instructors have talked about the first foot away from the Golf ball. If you could really just get a little bit more turn, get a little bit deeper in your back swing. Get the pressure into your right toe and then you're able to drive with your left to get you going forward. So extension going back would be one. A lot of beginners come out of the shot. Do you think…what's a good drill for extension. Whats a good drill for staying down? I think you know one of my favorite drills I use whether…hold on for a second One of my favorite drills that I use with the players whether it's beginner whether it's one of the better players in the world to work on with.

To work on the take away with on extension of the back swing is to simply place golf ball about two feet behind the ball and just work on brushing, brushing this back away from the target, if you notice now, my left shoulder is over my right foot. I'm turned in full behind it. Second, to get through the golf ball, you see most people that really struggle. They come come over the top and back up out of it this way. So one of my favorite drills is to put the ball ahead of your left foot almost two or three inches set up to where it's normal and then make you chase after it.

Oh, what a great drill that is. Awesome, and that will help you stay down too? Well it's gonna help you stay down. It's gonna get your get your chest going down into the target. This way, as opposed to backing up out of it this way. Put the ball several inches ahead of your left foot trying to chase after it. Can you show us that one more time Josh please? So ball way up your… way up on your toe Right thats a 9 iron so I've got the ball probably That's a 9 iron? So i have the ball 6 to 8 inches above where I would normally have it. Okay awesome..
