haven't tested the callaway and the cobra package set i thought it was only fair that would now do the tail made one when looking for your first set of clubs you will likely see in a package set that looks something like this now i even to this day still remember when my granddad bought me my first set of clubs and it was just a cheap and cheerful set from a brand that you will likely never have heard of but now with some of the bigger brand names getting involved in the package set market there's more quality options to choose from and it just means that they can be suited more than just for people who haven't hit a ball before so i'm going to be putting this set to the test later on in the video but to start out with let's just take a look over what this set actually offers so this rbz package set comes with everything that you need in terms of clubs it includes driver fairway wood hybrid six the sand wedge in the irons put it and then the bag is optional if you want to have the bag added in and it also comes with the option of going with either graphite or steel in the irons now being one of the top premium package sets it does come in at a hefty price so if you go for the option without the bag and then the steel iron set you're looking at paying nine to nine and then if you want to go with the bag that's gonna set you back nine nine nine graphite set then is gonna set you back a further 100 pound but with that set it doesn't give you the option of going with the bag or without it only comes included with the back but yeah we're going to compare this whole set towards maybe like an m4 set which is probably the closest thing at the minute to them you'd be looking at paying north of 1300 for everything included and then if you're going to do it in the stealth which is the latest version of the m4s you'd be looking at paying quite a bit over 2000 so as you can see by that it does work out a lot better price-wise going for the whole set as it comes the question is really how good is the performance of this package set so it was time for me to put them to the test and to start off with the testing i decided to just put each club through the paces and put them onto the launch monitor just to see the numbers that it was coming out and just to give a general idea of the feel and how easy or hard they were to use and like with most package sets that i've tried i was again quite pleasantly surprised with how well these are actually going maybe more so with these actually because i was thinking for the price compared to the other ones to be honest wasn't really expecting to see that much difference and i thought that maybe a lot of that would be to do with the name on it but they did feel quite a bit better and they just felt like they had a lot of power coming off the face the next week i am going to be doing a side-by-side comparison with a lot of the top name brand package sets including the callaway kobe 1 i've previously done so if you don't want to miss that one coming up next week then just make sure you subscribe and you turn on the bell notification just so you don't miss when i upload it now the thing that i usually see the biggest differences is with the driver and this one just wasn't quite performing as well as maybe like a stealth or something which you can't really be surprised at but again it is just limited to the regular flex shaft in the ten and a half degrees so you can't really change it up from there it would say you needed a bit of a different spec in it and don't get me wrong it is a really nice driver it just wasn't optimizing how i was hitting it and it really just depends on what level you're at to determine how much difference you're going to be seeing between that and like your main line set so we take the 10 shots that i hit with the seven iron and i just put them into my leaderboard of every previous seven iron that i've tested you can see that actually places quite well and it's about mid table but it's quite a bit higher than all the other package sets on here the spin and the distance ratio was looking pretty good likewise with a dispersion that was looking really good the only thing that was really letting it down was the looks and the feel of it which maybe if you are getting back into playing or you're just starting it up then that probably isn't going to be one of your main concerns looking at in the islands but it's definitely by far the best all-round seven iron that i've tested in previous package sets now like with the previous package set test that i've done i took these for 18 holes around the brabusine on the monitor and i was using the driver a lot round here and i was actually hitting it pretty well it wasn't going as far as what i typically would hit it but that was to be expected i was finding it easy to keep on the fairway and i only missed two or three in total i was really impressed with these irons though it was just the facts and how easy it actually was to use which caught my attention and that was the same with the wedges and pretty much the whole bag actually just how easy everything was to get on with and even when i didn't quite catch one properly you've still seen good results from it so we ended up finishing 300 for the round it could have been a lot better than that a few shots in there that felt like it just got a bit unlucky with but yeah i mean 0.3 under around any course i would be more than happy with i didn't actually use the putter for this as the monitor doesn't really pick it up properly but i did try it out a bit on the putting green and the thing i like about it is is that most package sets you find that they come with the blade style putter i know it's not a massive thing and people looking at package sets typically aren't that bothered about the putter because again the putter that comes with it you kind of have to go for that but with this one it is a bit of a bigger style head compared to pretty much every other package set which comes to the blade one but you find that the mallet and the bigger head is a lot more forgiving and again just a lot easier to use and get along with than the blade style of one it looks really good behind the ball it feels really good and it just looks like a really good quality putter so all in all i would probably say that this price does reflect the actual quality of the set i think it is a good fair price to be attached to it and as it does suggest by the price it is one of the more premium and top-of-the-end package sets that you can find so i think this set could be perfect for somebody who is just getting into golf or maybe someone who's coming back to golf i really wouldn't say that it is aimed at just beginners i think that somebody who's maybe been playing for quite a while and maybe just wants to upgrade everything in this set and just wants to do it a bit more affordable price someone in that position can also get a lot of enjoyment out of these anyway that is it for today so thanks for watching like i said if you don't want to miss the three compared side by side and maybe a couple of others then don't forget to tune in next week turn on that bell notification and i will see you then
