So I just got an email from UPS saying that my package has been delivered. It's
a golf club of course, I'm gonna go get it! There it is, really cool. So I got a new
golf club. This club is gonna save me so many shots it's unbelievable. So let's just
open the package, and see what club this is. So I ordered a club just a couple of days ago,
which is probably going in my bag of course. Because I bought it with my own money. Oh, it's
hard to get up ah. Let's rip it. This my friends regular grip looks good, regular shaft it is a Wilson Prostaff chipper, so I got my first
chipper. Never had a chipper before, I tried one recently and that's why i bought this, because
it was so easy to hit. Let's just open the plastic, oh yeah, look at
this.
Wow, it looks cool! So let's get out on the course and
test this club right now, let's go! That was my first ever chip on the course with my Wilson chipper, it went pretty
close to the flag I'm very happy with that. Here i am outside on the chipping green to test
my Wilson Prostaff SGI chipper, so let's see if I can chip better with this, compared to one
of my wedges. Is a chipper easier to use? When using a chipper, use your normal putting
stroke. So no flippy hands, nothing like that. Use your putting stroke, and it's gonna probably end
up near the flag. So this is my putting stroke. The grass is kind of high here, so it's a really
hard to get the club underneath the ball.
But I'm going to give it a shot and see where we
end up. So my putting stroke is like this, that was very good actually, oh!! did you guys see that that! It went in
the hole, you didn't see it but it's in the hole. Check it out guys, it got in
the hole! I don't think I've done that in a while with my wedges, so
let's do this, let's try again. Come on come on, and that's puttable, so
let's talk about the specs on this club. It is a 36 degree loft, so it has 36 degrees
here.
Which is the same as most 8-irons. It has a regular steel shaft, and the same length
as a putter. So probably around 34 inches. That's the regular size of most putters. It also
has a regular sized grip, it is a round grip. As long as you have the round grip you can play
with a chipper in tournaments. If you like, you can play with them on the PGA tour, but I doubt
you're gonna see that anytime soon. So let's try it out, and see how it goes.

but that's okay I could putt that. Okay this one. Oh, that's good oh. Look at that, can't get
closer than that though. I'm getting better at it. Let's take the chipper out on
the course and play 18 holes, and see how many times it saves me from
embarrassing wedge shots, let's do this! After a couple of horrible shots, I ended up here, and that's the green up there so
I'm gonna use the Wilson chipper. Three putts on many of the holes, that's not good
even though it's like one meter from the hole I three putted, so that's bad. What do you
think about my putting today? – I've never seen it worse actually. Same here, three putts,
three putts, kind of strange. I know, it's really strange. it's never been this big a problem
for you! Nope, that's weird. Yeah, that's good. Not perfect but okay, so what is my personal
opinion about having a chipper. First of all I really like it, and I don't care that other people
look down on chippers.
This is a golf club that is legal to use in tournaments, and I'm going to use
everything that I can to get a lower score and to have more fun out on the course. If a chipper
can help me do that, I'm going to use it! So I would highly recommend just trying one. Just buy
a cheap one, they don't cost that much. You will find links down below if you want to buy them, and
