Hello everybody it's Lurgs here. Welcome to my channel and today the Volkswagen Golf diesel engine overview. Now this one is
the Mark 6, this is a 2 litre diesel TDI. But first, if you're gonna be working on
the motor make sure you've got a lovely cup of tea! 'Hey careful man there's a beverage here huh'. So first of all you need to
open the bonnet or the hood obviously, there's a link about that how to do that
now and this is the 2-litre TDI engine and it is a bit of a beast it really
does fly this motor. So that is the screenwash and there's a link above about how to top that up and that is the radiator reservoir, make sure that that
is in between the Minimum and the Maximum so just give it a shake that looks all good
there, obviously never open that lid if the engine is hot because you will get
squirted with steam.
And this is how to check the engine oil just pull out the
dipstick make sure the engine the oil looks good and it's in between the Minimum and the Maximum on the markers and that is looking good. Just put the dipstick
back in and this is where you top up the engine oil. This one's got air conditiong and that's where you top up the air conditioning and the battery is here there's a link above
